Frequently asked questions
What counts as a contact?
Only active, subscribed contacts count toward your plan limit. Unsubscribed, bounced, or suppressed contacts are not billed. You can import and store as many contacts as you need — you only pay for the ones you can actively email.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my contact limit?
We will notify you when you are approaching your contact limit. If you exceed the limit, you can still send to your existing contacts, but new contacts will not be added until you upgrade to a higher tier. We never charge overage fees without your consent.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
No, AI credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. However, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time if you need more during a billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to get started. You get full access to all features included in your chosen plan during the trial period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as payment via invoice for annual Business plans. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
