Questions, answered
What counts as a contact?
Active, subscribed contacts. Unsubscribed, bounced and suppressed contacts are not billed, and you can store as many of those as you like.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Plan and contact tier changes apply immediately and the difference is prorated. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period.
What happens if I go over my contact limit?
You can keep sending to the contacts you already have. New contacts are not added until you move to a larger tier. There are no overage fees without your consent.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
No. Credits reset every billing cycle. Growth, Pro and Business can buy extra packs of 100 credits at any time.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can start on the free plan without a credit card. It includes 1 user seat, 2 segments and 1 automation of up to 3 steps, with no AI credits and no signup forms. Upgrade when you need more contacts or features.
How do I pay?
By Visa, Mastercard or American Express through Stripe. Annual Business plans can be paid by invoice. Stores connected through Shopify can pay on their Shopify bill.
