AI assistants (MCP)
Let Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor work with your email.
Mailnaptic has an MCP server. Add it to your assistant, sign in once, and ask about campaigns and results, or let it draft campaigns for you. Sending always needs your confirmation.

What it can do
Look at your account, or work in it
Connected, an assistant can answer questions about your campaigns, lists and results. With write access it can also do the routine work. It only sees the tools its connection allows.
Look: campaigns and their results, lists, contacts and their activity, segments, automations, sending domains and store revenue
Change, with read and write: add or unsubscribe a contact, create a list, create a campaign draft, send a test email, pause an automation
Schedule, send or cancel a campaign, after your explicit confirmation

Sending stays in your hands
Mailnaptic enforces this on its side. The connection is an API key with exactly the permissions you chose, so the assistant cannot do more than that, whatever it is asked.
Campaigns an assistant creates are drafts: nothing is sent until one is scheduled or sent
Scheduling or sending needs an explicit confirmation, after the assistant shows the subject, content and audience
The normal sending rules still apply: a verified domain, a mailing address, spam checks and your plan's limits
It can never delete anything, or change sending domains, webhooks, store connections or account settings
Connect
Add it to your assistant in a minute
In your assistant, add a custom connector or MCP server with the address below. It opens a Mailnaptic page where you sign in, choose what it may do and click Allow.
Server address
Claude, ChatGPT and others
https://api.mailnaptic.com/mcp
In Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. Paste the address and click Connect.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http mailnaptic https://api.mailnaptic.com/mcp
Then run /mcp in Claude Code to sign in. Cursor and VS Code take the same address in their MCP settings.
Only an owner or admin can connect an assistant. If you use two-factor sign-in, enter your code when asked.
API key
If your assistant cannot sign in with a click
Create an API key under Organization, API keys, with the scopes you want, and give the assistant the address and an Authorization: Bearer header. Connections made with a click show up in the same list.
Pick the scopes yourself: read only, or read and write
A click-through connection is named after the assistant, for example Claude (AI assistant)
Revoke the key and the connection stops straight away
A connection also stops by itself after a year, and connecting is recorded in the audit log

How it works
Three steps to a connected assistant
01
Add the address
In your assistant, add a custom connector or MCP server with api.mailnaptic.com/mcp.
02
Sign in and allow
Sign in to Mailnaptic if asked, choose Read only or Read and write and click Allow.
03
Ask
Ask about last week's campaign or ask for a draft. Check what the assistant shows you before you confirm a send.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Which plans include it?
Growth and above. Only an owner or admin can connect an assistant.
Which assistants work?
Any assistant that supports MCP servers over HTTP, including Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor. The steps differ a little for each one, and the Help Center lists them.
Can it send email without asking me?
No. Campaigns it creates are drafts, and scheduling or sending needs an explicit confirmation. You can also keep the connection read only, and then it cannot change anything.
What can it never do?
Delete anything, or change sending domains, webhooks, store connections or account settings. Mailnaptic refuses these on its side, whatever the assistant is asked.
