Abandoned carts

Recover carts without writing a flow from scratch

Carts that sit idle for more than an hour are listed on the Abandoned carts screen, with the value lost and the revenue recovered. A ready-made three email recovery flow is included, and you can edit it in the automation builder like any other.

Triggers also exist for browse abandoned, back in stock and price dropped. Notify me signups are notification only, so campaigns skip them until they opt in to marketing

Order triggers cover placed, shipped, delivered, cancelled, refunded and failed payments

Checkout can show an unticked marketing opt-in box, and every order carries its opt-in flag and time

Failed-payment orders carry a pay link, so a recovery email can send people straight back to pay

With WooCommerce Subscriptions active, activated, renewed, cancelled, paused, expired and trial-ended events are available as triggers

Put real products in the email

The builder has commerce blocks: Product, Product grid, Bestsellers, Cart snapshot and Coupon. They pull from your synced catalog, so you pick products instead of pasting images and prices.

Coupon blocks can create a unique one-use WooCommerce coupon per recipient

Products can be re-synced from the store on demand

Attribution

Revenue by campaign and by automation

The attribution report splits revenue between campaigns and automations and shows how much of your total revenue email can claim. A seven day window applies to automations. You can view the report over 7, 30 or 90 days.

Platforms

What connects today

WooCommerce syncs natively today, and the Shopify app has been submitted to the Shopify App Store and is in review. Anything else can send data through the REST API and webhooks.

WooCommerce

Available now through the Mailnaptic WooCommerce plugin. Install it, paste your API key in the Mailnaptic menu in WP admin, and the last 90 days of orders import in the background.

BigCommerce

Not available. Mailnaptic has no BigCommerce integration today.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Which store platforms work?

WooCommerce, through the WooCommerce plugin. The Shopify app is in review with Shopify. Other platforms can send data through the REST API and webhooks.

Which plan do I need?

Growth or above for orders, products, attribution and the abandoned cart flow.

How is revenue attributed?

Orders are matched to the campaigns and automations that drove them. Automations use a seven day window. The report can be viewed over 7, 30 or 90 days.

Can I connect a different store?

Not natively yet. WooCommerce works through the plugin and the Shopify app is in review. For anything else, send your own events and data through the REST API and webhooks.
