These are differences we can point to. They are not claims about quality or deliverability results.

More ways to import

Besides CSV and copy and paste, Mailchimp lists imports from six connected apps, including Zapier, Salesforce, WooCommerce and Shopify.

Pricing

How the pricing approaches differ

We do not quote Mailchimp prices. The pricing page text we could read showed partial and promotional numbers without a clear currency.

Mailnaptic paid plans

Starter, Growth, Pro and Business are priced by contact count. The Pricing page lists the monthly price at each size from 1,000 to 200,000 contacts, with 15% off for yearly billing. Only active, subscribed contacts count.

Mailnaptic Free plan

Up to 10,000 contacts and 10,000 emails a month, 1 seat, 2 segments and 1 automation of up to 3 steps. No AI credits, contact import or export, or signup forms, and emails carry Mailnaptic branding.

Mailchimp plans

Free, Essentials, Standard and Premium, tiered by contact count. Send limits and features differ by plan.

Check both pricing pages for your own list size before you decide.

Moving over

Moving from Mailchimp

Contacts move by CSV. Segments, automations and templates are rebuilt.

Import your contacts

Export your audience from Mailchimp to a CSV file, following Mailchimp's help center, and import it into Mailnaptic. CSV import is on Starter and above. Import only people who agreed to hear from you.

Replace your forms

Create a signup form in Mailnaptic and embed it with one script, or use the WordPress shortcode or block. Forms are on Starter and above.

Connect by API

Sync contacts from other systems with the Mailnaptic REST API on Growth and above.

A CSV carries contacts only, so plan time to rebuild segments, automations and email templates.
