Where Mailnaptic fits better

When Mailnaptic may suit you

These are differences we can point to. They are not claims about quality or deliverability results.

A Free plan and prices by contact count

The Free plan allows up to 10,000 contacts, and the Pricing page lists each paid plan's price at every contact size.

A narrower, email-only tool

Mailnaptic has no CRM, SMS or WhatsApp to set up, which can mean less to learn if email is all you send.

Consent and deliverability tools in the app

Signup forms store consent records with double opt-in on by default. The app also checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC, supports domain warm-up and checks blocklists.

Moving over

Moving from ActiveCampaign

Contacts move by CSV. Automations, segments and templates are rebuilt.

Import your contacts

Export your contact list to a CSV file, following ActiveCampaign's help center, and import it into Mailnaptic. CSV import is on Starter and above. Import only people who agreed to hear from you.

Replace your forms

Create a signup form in Mailnaptic and embed it with one script, or use the WordPress shortcode or block. Forms are on Starter and above.

Connect by API

Sync contacts from other systems with the Mailnaptic REST API on Growth and above.

A CSV carries contacts only, so plan time to rebuild automations, segments and email templates.
